The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a crucial role in equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Content Development: Create, manage, and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, product guides, competitive analysis, and case studies.
  • Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs for the sales team, including onboarding for new hires, ongoing product training, and sales skills development.
  • Sales Tools: Identify, implement, and manage sales tools and technologies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of product features, market positioning, and sales strategies.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and enablement content.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously improve enablement programs and materials.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective sales enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, LMS, CMS).
  • Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
