Do you have experience with payroll administration and benefits onboarding? Have a desire to work remotely on a part-time basis for 3-6 months? Interested in working for one of Boston’s 2024 Built-In Best Places to Work for two years running? Look no further! LineVision’s People Ops Team has a temporary opening beginning this Fall.
What will you do?
- Deliver timely payroll processing utilizing the Paylocity HRIS system, with attention to detail and schedule.
- Manage the Paylocity-based onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain benefit enrollments for employees as they onboard and offboard.
- Conduct year-end processing, including the generation of W-2 forms, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Foster high employee satisfaction through accurate payroll delivery and responsive support.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- Expert in benefits and payroll processes.
- Familiarity with employee onboarding procedures.
- Prior experience updating benefits information.
- Proficiency with Paylocity or similar payroll/HRIS systems.
- Prior experience in year-end processing and W-2 generation.
