What will you do?
As a Finance/Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing financial and operational activities to support Novig’s growth and success. With Novig being a startup, you will wear many hats:
- Payment Operations: Manage and oversee the payment operations of our platform.
- Accounting/FP&A: Manage financial planning and analysis, including ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Modeling and Projections: Develop financial models and projections for investors to support fundraising and strategic planning.
- Promotion Management: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
- Customer Support: Provide proactive and reactive customer support to ensure a positive user experience.
- Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to inform business decisions and optimize operational efficiency.
What are we looking for?

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in finance or operations roles, preferably in investment banking, management consulting, or tech startups.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Attributes: A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for operational excellence. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
