The Role


The Business Logic Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions. You’ll work closely with both external and internal stakeholders, including our customers and our Engineering and Customer Experience teams, to understand the needs and constraints of various revenue-generating projects. In this role you’ll also help create architectural designs that ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. The Business Logic Engineer will also be involved in overseeing the technical direction, architecture, and implementation of solutions for our DecisionAssist product, ensuring alignment with best practices.

Where you’ll make an impact:


  • Business Logic Programming in Low Code Tool: Design, develop, and implement business logic using our low code automation tool to create efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, design, and implementation processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of delivered solutions through rigorous testing.
  • Evaluation of Technologies: Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to determine their suitability for current and future projects.
  • Customer Requirements Collection: Engage customers, both internal and external, with technical challenges to understand their needs, gather detailed requirements, and ensure all business objectives are clearly defined and documented.
  • Implementation Oversight: Effect the implementation of solutions, ensuring they are built according to the specifications and best practices.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field.
  • 1+ years of experience in engineering, banking, or technical/quantitative consulting or similar role.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python).
  • Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

Nice-to-haves:


  • Previous experience in invest banking or consulting
