Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives outstanding service with a friendly and knowledgeable approach. 
  • Operational Excellence: Manage overall store operations to exceed sales and operational goals. 
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, providing continuous performance feedback and development opportunities. 
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory accuracy with regular cycle counts and monitoring. 
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage cash handling procedures, control expenses, and optimize payroll costs. 
  • Asset Protection: Implement strategies for asset management and loss prevention. 
  • Marketing Coordination: Work with Corporate staff on marketing initiatives and manage in-house marketing activities.
