They will also feel comfortable acting as quality-control for documentation, and customer engagement as technical deliverables are provided to multiple IT environments.Requirements
Required Experience:
- 2-5 years working in change management or configuration management
- 2-5 years in a customer-facing role
- 2-5 years supporting the Federal government
- Minimum Top-Secret clearance
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-environment
- Demonstrated expertise with document management, with an eye for details
- Demonstrated familiarity with IT systems; ability to understand technical concepts and translate them between technical and business personnel
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with Department of Defense IT and SLDC methodologies
- Experience with navigating complex organizational structures / working in a multi-stakeholder environment
