Full-timeDescriptionThe ideal candidate will be comfortable acting as a control gate for change requests, after-action reports, access requests, and other documentation. They will also feel comfortable acting as quality-control for documentation, and customer engagement as technical deliverables are provided to multiple IT environments.Requirements

Required Experience:


  • 2-5 years working in change management or configuration management
  • 2-5 years in a customer-facing role
  • 2-5 years supporting the Federal government
  • Minimum Top-Secret clearance
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-environment
  • Demonstrated expertise with document management, with an eye for details
  • Demonstrated familiarity with IT systems; ability to understand technical concepts and translate them between technical and business personnel

Preferred Experience:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Department of Defense IT and SLDC methodologies
  • Experience with navigating complex organizational structures / working in a multi-stakeholder environment
