Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Analyst I. The successful candidate will have a Top Secret clearance with a current Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. As a Management Analyst I, you will play a critical role in analyzing organizational processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing recommendations that drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within organizational processes.
- Process Improvement: Develop and recommend strategies for optimizing workflows, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
- Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, validate data, and ensure that proposed solutions align with organizational goals.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure that all analyses and recommendations comply with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and classified information with the utmost discretion and in accordance with clearance requirements.
- Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance with a current Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph is mandatory.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in management analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a secure, classified environment.
- Familiarity with government contracting processes and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing process improvements.
Additional Information:
- Work Environment: This position requires on-site work within a secure facility. Occasional travel may be required.
