As an Account Executive at Five Nines, you will play a critical role in generating revenue by creating and closing new business opportunities through setting appointments, presenting our value proposition, managing deal cycles and leveraging proactive selling into decision makers.

Requirements
What we will ask you to do:
- Introduce our service to the Nashville area through business development and networking.
- Work to build our client portfolio of professional IT services with the right clients.
- Design, develop, and deliver sales presentations and proposals through collaboration with sales leadership
- Self-generate leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone, emails, networking, and industry events
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required by sales management
- Maintain all sales interactions in our CRM
- Understand the needs of small and mid-sized businesses and design solutions to meet their unique IT needs
- Present partnership options to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty and ensure a seamless transition to onboarding and full partnership
- Follow up with clients and prospects regularly to ensure needs are being met and deals are progressing through the pipeline
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience using a CRM – HubSpot experience is preferred
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and qualifying conversations
- Intermediate level of skill working with Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint
- Track record of achieving sales quotas and sales activity metrics
- Experience in lead generation and cold calling
- Outside sales experience
- Basic working knowledge of information technology
- Excellent relationship skills, communication skills, and self-management skills
- Valid driver’s license and willing to travel locally up to 20% of the time
- Integrity and drive to achieve results
- 3+ years deal closing sales experience
- Located in the Nashville, TN area

- Full cycles sales experience – owning the process from generating leads to closing deals
- Solution-based selling – aligning a value proposition to solving highly visible problems in your prospects business
