We are expanding our marketing team and seeking an Assistant Vice President, Growth Marketing Programs & Content who can help expand Choreo’s vision to serve as the preferred wealth partner to the tax professional community.
In this role, you will be a key player within our Marketing team, responsible for strategic client-facing and CPA partner-facing content development, promotional strategies for our thought leadership, and ongoing campaign development. As an ideal candidate, you balance creativity and innovation with a high degree of organization and process-orientation. You’re capable both of thinking strategically and implementing tactically, and your expertise will span digital as well as traditional marketing best practices. You will support our organic growth objectives by optimizing content across multiple platforms to drive engagement, lead generation, education, and retention.
Because this position will build and manage marketing strategies that drive client acquisition and retention, candidates should have demonstrable experience in both the B2B and B2C wealth management sectors, with emphasis on the CPA and tax professional industry.
What you will do:
- Lead the strategic development of compelling core content that tells the Choreo story, including history and the benefits of our tax and wealth management collaboration model.
- Lead/manage the creation and execution of end-to-end content marketing strategies that materially grow brand awareness and engagement among CPA partners and prospects, as well as end-clients and prospects.
- Ensure Choreo’s thought leadership, intellectual capital and persuasive messaging drive engagement, brand awareness and action. Refine strategies to maximize thought leadership via blogs, podcasts, seminars, networking events and speaking opportunities.
- Create, plan and execute editorial calendars to support national and regional campaigns to multiple audiences, spanning insights, trends, proprietary research, reports, client storytelling, and solutions-focused content.
- Create digital marketing plans including social media, email marketing, marketing automation, SEO, and SEM and ROI measurement while sharing content that is valuable for partners and prospects through these channels to generate and nurture leads.
- As part of the larger marketing team, evaluate and document existing marketing processes and strategies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of related marketing experiencein financial services, with strong emphasis on the tax and professional services community
- 7+ years of B2B and B2B2C campaign and demonstrated growth marketing success.
- Ability to work and collaborate with technical and creative teams, as well as with various lines of business leaders, to define requirements and execute strategies.
- Strong critical thinking skills and excellent research capabilities; self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of special projects.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making, with Power BI experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Officeand Salentica Environment
- Bachelor’s degree marketing, communications or a related field.
Expected annual salary ranges from $120,000 to $145,000 plus incentive compensation. Salary is negotiable based on location, experience, and qualifications.
