We believe in striking a balance between professionalism and being human.As a HR Operations Manager you will lead and oversee our human resources operations function. This is someone with a strong background in HR processes and procedures, who can optimize efficiency and ensure compliance.
In this role, you will play a key part in creating a positive employee experience across all regions where Huble operates, cultivating a fair and consistent employee-employer relationship throughout the organization.
🚀 Here are a few of the tasks you'll get to work on:
1) Employee Benefits Management and Administration
- Implement a standardised benefits framework that meets the needs of employees in different locations.
- Ensure that the company's benefit plans and administration practices are fully compliant with legal requirements.
2) Compensation and Payroll Management
- Ensure payroll systems are accurately and timely set up according to salary structures and benefits for all regions.
- Administer incentive programs for achieving performance targets.
3) Policy Implementation and Compliance
- Create comprehensive HR policies that align with company goals, values, and legal requirements.
- Maintain an accessible and user-friendly HR policy manual that employees can easily reference.
4) Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees to raise concerns or seek assistance with work-related issues, providing guidance on appropriate support.
- Facilitate the resolution of conflicts and disputes between employees or between employees and management.
5) HR Operations
- Maintain comprehensive and secure employee records in accordance with data privacy regulations.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment, hiring administration and onboarding to offboarding and exit interviews.
- Oversee administration of employee leave programs.
6) Disciplinary Issues
- Oversee and implement a fair disciplinary process, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
- Offer training and support to managers on how to handle disciplinary issues effectively and consistently.
- Advise employees on their rights and responsibilities during disciplinary proceedings.
7) Reporting and Analytics
- Maintain HR metrics and dashboards, including turnover, retention, attrition and benefits utilization.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as needed to address specific HR inquiries or support decision-making processes.
🏗️ To excel in this role, you should have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or related field
- Extensive experience in HR operations or a related role, with a solid understanding of HR processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Desirable has HR experience in the following regions preferred: UK, US, Canada, South Africa, Belgium, Germany, Singapore, Costa Rica and Mexico.
- Proficiency in managing various employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Understanding of job evaluation methods and salary benchmarking techniques.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Experience in conflict resolution techniques and practices.
- Skilled in using HRIS to manage employee records, track data, and generate reports.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to disciplinary actions in all areas of operation.
