Day in the Life of an
Technical Consultant
As a key member of the Neocol Delivery Team, you will have the incredible opportunity to collaborate closely with our clients and stakeholders as they revolutionize their quote-to-cash processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating client requirements into stable and scalable configurations that significantly enhance efficiency and accuracy across their organizations. You will be comfortable performing hands-on configuration, automation, and general app development across the Salesforce Platform.
- Interact with internal and external project teams to ensure seamless alignment on project requirements.
- Utilize a diverse range of declarative tools to configure innovative solutions that cater to our clients' unique business needs.
- Leverage your skills in data rationalization, transformation, and loading to optimize customers' product/pricing data flow.
- Be a valuable contributor to multiple project teams with varying deadlines, showcasing your ability to excel in diverse environments.
- Document all configurations, assumptions, and test outcomes with meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide unwavering support to the broader delivery team throughout the project lifecycle and contribute to successful deployments.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience with the Salesforce platform as Developer.
- 1+ years´experience in LWC
- Must be highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize while simultaneously working both collaboratively as well as independently.
- Ability to understand varying client needs and respond flexibly and creatively, working with internal resources to recommend and implement the highest ROI for our clients.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical resources.
- Must be comfortable analyzing data and identifying opportunities to drive meaningful standardization of data and processes regionally and/or globally.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to translate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences.
- Agile and can work well in environments where objectives and priorities are reviewed and assessed regularly.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of consulting/business experience.
- Experience using Jira, Slack, Google Suite & Lucidchart.
- Knowledgeable about the following is a plus: Revenue Cloud, B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, Mulesoft, Tableau/CRM, RightRev, NetSuite/ARM.
- SFDC Administrator Certification, Salesforce CPQ Certification, and/or App Builder Certification
