Digital Marketing Graphic Designer Contractor Who you are:Logical Media Group delivers powerful digital marketing solutions to opportunity-focused organizations to help them achieve high-performance goals. The ideal candidate—in addition to being a great designer—is someone who brings energy, drive, and curiosity to their work and team relationships. You should be adept at working within brand guidelines to produce fresh, creative solutions. Reporting to Logical Media Group’s creative team manager, you will receive general direction on project work as assigned which you will self-manage.
Requirements
Must Haves:
- Create and design on-brand solutions for clients/projects that are in line with overall digital marketing strategy including paid media campaigns, email marketing, eCommerce assets, social media marketing, and other digital brand collateral.
- Ability to conceptualize client/project goals and execute strategy from conception to finalized deliverables
- Effective relationship-building and communication skills in order to liaise and collaborate with clients and cross functional teams to achieve project goals
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in professionally presenting ideas and finalized deliverables to clients and stakeholders with confidence and ability to provide further explanation of creative strategy and reasoning that supports project goals and objectives
- Must have a compelling portfolio that demonstrates ability to create great work and showing craftsmanship, consistency, sophisticated sense of typography, and high level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond in design production for clients/projects and strategize ways to continually improve marketing strategy from the design perspective
- Project and time management skills in order to effectively prioritize and produce deliverables per agreed upon deadlines without compromising quality of work
- Must be able to apply previous client and creative team manager feedback to current and future tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 4–6 years of experience working in graphic or visual design, with agency experience preferred but not required
Nice to Have:
- Experience in design for digital marketing is a big plus
- Experience with motion design and Adobe Premiere and After Effects is a plus
- Experience working within a task management system (Asana) is a plus
