Purpose of Job
We are looking for someone passionate about digital design, who has excellent craft capability and has experience leading teams to execute high-quality, world-class designs. Responsibilities include managing our Design Team to ensure the successful execution of design projects.A strong consulting mindset, while also being able to navigate corporate structures. Good experience in leading engagements and growing relationships with existing clients on both local and international levels. This role will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, conducting quality checks, and ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Prepare client-ready proposals, reports, and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
- Maintain a strong commitment to meeting deliverables within tight timelines.
- Translate consultants' messaging into clear, on-brand design output.
- Maintain and update various decks/presentations for client pitches and proposals.
- Oversee multiple design projects, monitor timelines, and address issues collaboratively.
- Manage and grow the design team, potentially overseeing multiple designers in the future.
- Provide tailored constructive feedback to team members and help in their professional growth.
- Similar work with professional services firms (consulting, accounting, law, banking, strategy firms, etc.) will be preferred.
