The Vice President of Sales is a senior sales leadership role that will help the company add more dealerships to our already growing client base.The successful Vice President of Sales candidate is a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in performance management, team leadership, and achieving significant revenue growth in the digital marketing industry, particularly within the automotive sector.Key Responsibilities: Vice President of Sales

  • Sales Strategy & Leadership:
  • Assist the CSO in the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales leaders to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive the expansion of our market presence.
  • Performance Management:
  • Drive sales team performance metrics and KPIs and enhance the sales team’s productivity and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with sales leadership and provide actionable feedback.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through goal-setting, performance incentives, and change management.
  • Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize market insights to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role within the digital marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in the automotive dealership sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Ability and willingness to travel. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
