Project Accountant to join our team in our Darien location!

Responsibilities:

Project accounting for multiple Architecture, Engineering and Construction projects
Support Project Managers in maintaining budgets and providing timely financial reports
Maintain project-related records, including setup in system, contracts and change orders
Billing/invoicing clients
Processing project related payables and receivables.
Cost reporting.
Administrative/clerical duties as required

Requirements:

Associates degree in Accounting or related field required.
0-3 years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook is a must.
Knowledge of CMiC software is a plus but not required.
A sense of humor.
