Position Summary
Forcura is now seeking an experienced software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is self-driven, has excellent analytical skills and knows how to apply those skills to validate technical and functional changes. The role requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, thorough, and has strong communication skills.Job Duties
- Review requirements and user stories to generate detailed test plans.
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Plan and review test scenarios with team members.
- Perform front end and back-end validation and thorough regression testing on multiple applications.
- Communicate test progress and issues or roadblocks to project stakeholders and management.
- Participate in testing activities across multiple products and teams including functional testing, regression testing and data validation.
- Conduct end-to-end integration testing before product enhancements and changes are released.
- Effectively communicate test results and issues to technical and non-technical team members.
- Participate in cross-functional collaborative problem-solving sessions to help identify priority and impact of defects.
- Stay current with QA processes and recommend improvements and/or enhancements of new testing techniques and testing tools.
- All other job related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of relevant quality engineering experience.
- Ability to set priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- SQL Database testing experience.
- Experience in API testing and working knowledge of Postman
- Mobile testing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a SaaS company and/or healthcare
- Hands-on experience implementing or utilizing automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Experience working on CI/CD pipelines and Git or other version control software
Work Environment
- This role reports into Forcura's Jacksonville, FL, home office.
Physical Demands of Our Work Environment
