- Continuously plan and optimize fleet routes and usage in an extremely high-growth environment to achieve service goals and cost targets
- Provide planning and execution support with key partner teams (Sales, Client Engagement & Demand Planning) for fridge & wholesale stocking schedules.
- Collaborate with the distribution center teams to address any order issues occurring in the shipment process (routing issues, order changes).
- Oversee daily 3PL operations for first, middle & final mile deliveries for all channels. Develop metrics and track 3PL performance.

In a typical week, you will…
- Own route planning--create optimal distribution models and routes across various markets
- Optimize stocking schedules in order to drive route efficiency and minimize cost while still maintaining SLAs
- Analyze new locations for approval based on predicted cost to service
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners
- Develop, measure, and benchmark crucial KPIs for driver team to increase visibility
- Collaborate with other teams on special projects to decrease delivery costs
- Collaborate to set up distribution models and delivery guardrails in new and existing markets.
Minimum Work and Education Requirements:
- Working knowledge of logistics processes and systems
- Prior experience with route optimization software strongly recommended (e.g. Loginext, Routific, Onfleet, etc.)
- Extremely proficient in Excel/ Google Sheets
- Basic SQL query experience is a plus
- Broad organizational knowledge is recommended since this role regularly interacts with field and corporate functions
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
