Today, we operate a network of Fridges and partner with clients nationwide in high-foot-traffic areas, such as airports, hospitals, universities, and large office buildings — where there is limited accessibility to fresh, healthy, grab-n-go options.

  • Continuously plan and optimize fleet routes and usage in an extremely high-growth environment to achieve service goals and cost targets
  • Provide planning and execution support with key partner teams (Sales, Client Engagement & Demand Planning) for fridge & wholesale stocking schedules.
  • Collaborate with the distribution center teams to address any order issues occurring in the shipment process (routing issues, order changes).
  • Oversee daily 3PL operations for first, middle & final mile deliveries for all channels. Develop metrics and track 3PL performance.

In a typical week, you will…

  • Own route planning--create optimal distribution models and routes across various markets
  • Optimize stocking schedules in order to drive route efficiency and minimize cost while still maintaining SLAs
  • Analyze new locations for approval based on predicted cost to service
  • Manage relationships with 3PL partners
  • Develop, measure, and benchmark crucial KPIs for driver team to increase visibility
  • Collaborate with other teams on special projects to decrease delivery costs
  • Collaborate to set up distribution models and delivery guardrails in new and existing markets.

Minimum Work and Education Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of logistics processes and systems
  • Prior experience with route optimization software strongly recommended (e.g. Loginext, Routific, Onfleet, etc.)
  • Extremely proficient in Excel/ Google Sheets
  • Basic SQL query experience is a plus
  • Broad organizational knowledge is recommended since this role regularly interacts with field and corporate functions
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
