Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to create intuitive and visually appealing digital products.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development: · Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and improvements.· Develop front-end components with a focus on user experience and performance.· Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.2. User Research:· Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.· Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and improve the user experience.· Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.3.
Collaboration:· Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.· Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.· Communicate and present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders effectively.4. Quality Assurance:· Conduct thorough testing of UI elements to ensure a seamless user experience.· Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).· Maintain design consistency and coherence across all digital products.Requirements
Qualifications :
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Experience:
· Proven experience as a UI/UX Engineer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.· Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and projects.
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).· Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.· Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
Soft Skills:
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with user-centered design processes.· Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).· Basic understanding of back-end technologies and how they impact UI design.· Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
