Who We’re Looking For
We are excited to add Alliance Manager to our team. This position will serve as a critical role driving Alliance and Sales visibility and revenue with Partners. Responsibilities include tracking partner funding, managing joint partner pipeline, demand generation activities, reporting on Sales Metrics driven by Alliances, cultivating Alliance relationships, and providing training and support for the sales team. This role will be a key liaison between Sales, Alliances and Marketing functions within Concurrency.

What You'll Do
- Alliance Responsibilities:
- Work with Sales, Marketing and Delivery to ensure strategy execution.
- Work with Sales and Delivery to ensure that all clients are associated with licensed consumption PAL/CPOR.
- Orchestrate solution assessment opportunities execution through partnerships with Microsoft and ServiceNow reps on target accounts.
- Work with HC and Delivery to ensure attainment of certifications and advanced specializations required for access and participation in customer incentive programs.
- Maintain weekly Alliance reporting for partnership funding, Microsoft lead and active pipeline.
- Sales Enablement Responsibilities:
- Utilize existing relationships and build new ones within the Microsoft and ServiceNow partner ecosystem to drive strategic alliances.
- Leverage your prior experience to bring valuable connections to the table and maximize the potential of the company's partner network.
- Lead meetings for key account strategizing between MS Account teams and Concurrency.
- Capitalize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to highlight status of funding requests and collaborate with Account Executives.
- Provide training and support to Account Executives on the Microsoft ecosystem and funding.
- Generate new qualified leads that result in converted sales opportunities through new and existing business efforts throughout the Alliance partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Concurrency's full range of offerings.
- Work closely with Marketing and Alliance teams to follow up on event lead generation and proactively work with business development to generate new leads in assigned region.
- Work directly with the Director of Sales regarding monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Ability to travel, attend sales meetings and additional marketing events, as needed.
- Design, develop, and send broadcast emails to potential and existing customers.
- Operations Responsibilities:
- Own Concurrency’s partner program portal(s).
- Manage accurate pipeline integration for Microsoft’s Partner Center inbound/outbound opportunities.
- Lead execution of customer incentive funding proposals and invoicing upon completion.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure that all partner funds are collected and revenue treatment is applied.
What You'll Need
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft's and other partners’ reporting structures, including the various partner titles and their interrelationships.
- Ability to navigate, analyze and pursue strategic partnership opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Proven business development and account management skills.
- Expertise in the Professional Services Industry as well as corporate business challenges.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
- Advanced analysis and reporting skills.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
What Will Set You Apart
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Communication.
- Experience with customer service or inside sales in The Technical or Professional Services industry.
- Previous Sales Methodology training
