Job Description
Are you ready to make an impact and be part of a team that values strong relational connections and diverse perspectives? We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our Contracts Team. You will play a vital role in managing unique programs through all phases of the contract lifecycle, from proposal to closeout, requiring expertise in federal contracting.We believe in fostering a collaborative environment where independent thinkers thrive. As a Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with program managers, administrative service centers (Finance, Accounting, Legal, Business Development), and leadership.

This is a hybrid position requiring you to work at Ridgeline’s Tysons Corner office 3-4 days a week, with limited travel to client sites in the NCR.
What You'll Achieve in Six Months:
- Master our unique customer base and learn how to best support them.
- Evaluate and refine current contract processes to ensure compliance with Ridgeline’s objectives.
- Manage your own portfolio of contracts, supporting both Ridgeline Program Managers and our customers.
Some of the things you will do:
Collaborate:
- Build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Partner with Ridgeline’s Program Management staff to address emerging contractual requirements promptly.
- Communicate effectively across various functions and programs.
- Assist in proposal efforts for new or follow-on business.
Lead:
- Identify and mitigate contractual issues while meeting customer needs.
- Support multiple programs and manage competing priorities.
Negotiate:
- Handle NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Service Agreements, Purchase Orders, and other contracts.
- Negotiate and execute contract documents in line with company policies.
- Participate in regular in-person customer meetings in the National Capital Region.
Administer:
- Create and maintain contract files.
- Manage day-to-day contract actions and prepare official correspondence and deliverables.
- Maintain contract records in Deltek Costpoint.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- Active Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5-10 years of relevant experience (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Experience working in government contracting
- In-depth knowledge of federal contracting and proficiency with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
- Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to support regular in-person meetings in the National Capital Region.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with CostPoint Project Setup.
- Professional certification (CPCM/CFCM).

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office
