Summary
We are seeking a strategic-thinking Creative leader that crafts comprehensive stories and immersive experiences across digital and physical spaces. This individual should have 5+ years of experience related to creative and events, and a strong background in producing memorable experiences. They will lead the development and execution of creative strategies, with a focus on building solutions for events of all scales. They will be capable of driving the creative process from concept through delivery, getting hands-on where needed.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in higher education, nonprofits, or large campaigns and will inspire those around them to explore, experiment, and play while producing impactful work.
What you'll do:
- Lead in the generation, development, and production of engaging experiences that define brands and inspire action
- Help translate partner goals and objectives into innovative, creative event strategies
- Lead (or co-lead) in developing comprehensive creative strategies for events, as well as the various components within events including, but not limited to - main program/show, stage components, activations, installations, content across an event, and communication materials
- Support projects from concept to production, collaborating with team members under tight deadlines while maintaining clear direction
- Lead (or co-lead) in exploration, discovery, or ideation sessions, working to uncover needs and build creative solutions
- Craft event experiences ( physical and virtual) that inspire audiences to engage, learn, and take action.

- Maintain a forward-looking approach, always finding solutions despite ambiguity
- Quickly learn and utilize platforms for communication and collaboration - including Slack and Monday.com
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and highly motivated environment of trust and collaboration
- Effectively communicate with project team members at all levels, advocating for creative solutions and championing our partners’ goals and restraints

What we'll love about you:
- Working knowledge of preferred tools and software Adobe Creative Cloud, Keynote, and Google Drive
- 4+ years of relevant (or analogous) experience at the intersection of creative, events, and production, with a focus or passion on storytelling, creative direction, and campaigns
- Experience building and presenting concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners
- A creative professional who is excited by challenges and maintains a human-centered approach
- Open to the influence, inspiration, and expertise of those around you, leveraging various talents and strengths
- Willingness to travel as production and events require
- Added bonus but not required for you to be based in Atlanta, GA (location of our main office)
