Who we're looking for
ZORA is looking for a Senior Product Manager who is responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategy for assigned products. This role requires a highly experienced and strategic leader with a deep understanding of the product development process, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
What you'll do
- Lead the development and execution of product strategy for assigned products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that all product projects are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Continuously conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and ensure that the products meet customer needs
- Communicate progress and results to the cross-functional teams and leadership team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
- Manage the product development process, including product roadmaps and timelines
- Ensure that all products are delivered on time and budget
- Ensure that all products are accessible and inclusive for all users
- Work with external partners to develop and implement product partnerships and integrations
Skills we're looking for
- Strong understanding of the product development process
- Strong leadership, communication, and management skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of market research and competitor analysis
- Strong understanding of the industry and target market
- Proven track record of creating high-quality user-centered products
We'd love it if you had
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role
- Strong understanding of the industry and target market
- Proven track record of creating successful products and leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects
- Experience with agile product development methodologies
- Strong understanding of data analytics and how it can inform product decisions.
