As a Technical Recruiter at Traba, you will be instrumental in shaping the core of our technology teams - Product, Design, and Engineering. Your expertise in technical recruitment will be key to identifying and attracting top talent, matching them with roles where they can thrive, and contributing to our trailblazing journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Tech Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, focusing on Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse pool of high-quality candidates.
Collaboration: Partner closely with technical team leaders to deeply understand their hiring needs and provide consultative support.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Employer Branding: Act as an ambassador of Traba's culture and values in the tech community, showcasing the unique opportunities available at our company.
Process Enhancement: Continually refine the recruitment process to improve efficiency and effectiveness, staying abreast of the latest trends in technical recruiting.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on Engineering roles
Strong understanding of the technology landscape and current market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging technical professionals.
Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to recruitment.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Salary Range Details
The compensation range for this position is set between $110,000 and $140,000, reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations. However, exceptions may be made for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
