- Assist in providing front-line support to all WMT partners
- Work with partners to create engaging digital content
- Assist with monitoring WMT support channels and respond promptly to issues and inquiries
- Provide gameday support to partners, quickly responding to and troubleshooting issues, along with proactively ensuring partner platforms are accurate and up-to-date
- Assist in crafting platform and product documentation/tutorials for both internal and external use
- Escalate unresolved issues to managers, account leads and engineers
- Provide input and help execute the completion of ongoing partner projects
WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE…
- Passion to work in collegiate or professional sports industries
- A baseline understanding of digital design and digital marketing
- Understanding of digital content and distribution strategies
- Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite
- Desire to learn and work with digital platforms (Websites, Mobile Applications - iOS and Android, OTT Applications, Audio & Video Streaming, Digital Marketing, etc.)
- Willingness to learn products such as: Slack, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Google’s workflow platforms
- Eagerness to learn: account management, customer service with a focus on troubleshooting, and/or technical support
- Experience working remotely
