Rocket Travel by Agoda is looking for a Sr. Manager, Supply Strategy & Hotel Programs to join our growing Commercial team. In this role, you’ll own the strategic build out, optimization and management of the hotel programs offered to our white label partners. This will require collaboration across Booking Holdings brands, internal Rocket Travel by Agoda teams and our white label partners.

- Total Compensation is based on experience - Salary: the starting point for this role is $130,000 Bonus: up to 25%
- Can have a flexible work schedule. We strongly prefer a candidate who can work a hybrid schedule in our Chicago West Loop or New York Empire State Building office where teammates can connect in real-time. We are also open to a US-based, remote location for the right candidate.

As a Sr. Manager, Supply Strategy & Hotel Programs at Rocket Travel, you will:
- Own strategy for hotel programs, defining how we continue to build out, optimize and manage the programs internally while also defining how we differentiate and sell-in the programs externally to our prospects and partners.
- Create compelling pitch materials and strategy and pitch program participation in hotel programs to target chains, management groups and independent properties in collaboration with our Priceline or Agoda counterparts and/or our partner contacts.
- Negotiate terms of participation hotels’ participation in the programs including margins, promotional and marketing assets.
- Work with connectivity and market management teams to ensure efficient onboarding and rate and availability display.
- Build relationships with target chains, management groups and independent properties during prospecting and once onboarded to help grow and optimize their participation in the programs.
- Collaborate with white label partners to market programs to end customers, helping to not only drive hotel participation in program but also drive bookings within the platform.
- Align on product roadmap with product leaders to continue to optimize front end and back end including display of participating properties, ranking of properties and rates, filters and landing pages.
- Establish Supply KPIs to guide measurements of success and track progress along the way, reporting internally and externally on what is working well and where help is needed.
- Generate reporting and own monitoring related to bookings, pricing, availability, ranking and property conversion, oversee dashboard creation and distribution of information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop content for and process related to communication loop between Rocket and participating hotels regarding performance, production, availability and profitability.
- Team up with marketing, business development and partnership team members to pitch programs to additional prospects and partners, marketing it as a point of differentiation for Rocket and an elevated benefit to companies who choose to work with us.
- Bring creative thought to hotel programs, working closely with internal teams and partners to drive growth and be a subject matter expert on hotel programs and within the loyalty travel space.
- Be scrappy. We’re a small team and often wear many hats. Some projects may not be completely defined. This individual will take a resourceful approach to what’s needed and drive results.
About you:
- You have 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B2C, supply management, travel and/or hotel programs.
- You are outcome-driven, providing specific instances of when and how to hit KPIs.
- You are an autonomous worker driving productivity and progress with the program.
- You are comfortable leading meetings and presenting to key stakeholders, leadership, and external partner stakeholders, including the executive C-suite level.
- You always put the customer front and center. Customers can be a traveler, partner, or even colleague. You ensure a focus centered around solving pain points.
- You have strong skills with key business tools across Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides. SQL knowledge is a must.
- You understand business objectives. You establish goals for yourself, your supply partners and internal counterparts. In negotiations, you understand tradeoffs and work to create the best deal for all parties.
- You have a strong knowledge of technology and product development with the ability to vary your communication based on the audience, both internal and external.
- You continuously seek feedback. You have a growth mindset, are comfortable soliciting thoughts from others, and are curious to learn from a spectrum of perspectives.
