As we gear up for our next growth phase, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Marketo and a track record of managing comprehensive marketing campaigns, including direct mail, webinars, LinkedIn, and email marketing. You will develop and execute broad demand generation campaigns and work closely with Sales on account-based marketing campaigns.This role is perfect for those who are data-driven at heart but creative in spirit - ready to get hands-on with marketing campaigns and strategic in driving growth.What You Will Do:
Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences, and budgets across primary channels to include email, direct mail, events, LinkedIn, and webinars.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral that aligns with the brand's tone and positioning.
Conduct market research and analyze buyer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences, and behaviors.
Track campaign performance, analyzing data and metrics, and providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
Ideate and implement comprehensive campaign strategies and timelines, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI.
Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement strategic adjustments as needed.
Develop and execute email and ABM campaigns to drive qualified pipeline, brand awareness, and increase conversion rates.
Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and related technologies in marketing to continuously innovate and improve our strategies.
What You’ll Need:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field.
2+ years as a campaign manager, marketing manager or a similar role.
Proven experience in campaign management and marketing with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns.
Demonstrable portfolio in managing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
2+ years of marketing automation experience using Marketo or 4+ years of marketing automation experience using a similar tool.
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, email marketing software, post schedulers and web analytic tools.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development and digital marketing channels.
Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Excellent design, writing, communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in relevant software such as Canva.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns that stand out in the Indian market.
Compensation Range: $100,000-$130,000
