Responsibilities:
- Deliver Information Technology (IT) infrastructure solutions, ensuring design and implementation of global and regional solutions support business requirements.
- Analyze existing data center infrastructure and provide support and technology specific solutions for both in-house developed and other infrastructure systems.
- Participate in build, implementation, and enhancement of systems running business applications and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement processes to maintain servers for high availability, and provide implementation and engineering of virtualization, cloud, and automation solutions to drive business goals and offerings.

Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field and
- 6 years of experience in Systems Engineering. Employer will accept a
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field and
- 8 years of progressive experience in Systems Engineering in lieu of a Master's degree and 6 years of experience.
Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following:
- 6 years of experience (8 years with a Bachelor's) supporting IT infrastructure and IT operations;
- 6 years of experience (8 years with a Bachelor's) in DevOps Infrastructure and DevOps Virtualization;
- Linux hardware and connectivity components as well as Linux or Unix Administration;
- automation and configuration management, to include using Puppet or Chef;
- running applications in Docker containers;
- virtualization infrastructure, including using VMWare vSphere;
- Infrastructure as Code (laC) tools including Terraform to automate infrastructure build up;
- open-source technologies and cloud services, to include Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
- SQL and MySQL;
- shell scripting;
- best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service;
- installing and troubleshooting Web technologies and components; and
- networking in a Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN).
