About the Role


The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in creating Agent brand guidelines and marketing strategies focused on optimizing the Agent’s branding and outreach to their customers as well as ensuring the deliverables outlined in the Lever Value proposition are consistently met by the marketing team.

We are able to hire this position in one of the following states: TX, MN, IL, NY, NC, NM, NV, AZ, CA, WA, PA

What you’ll do:


  • Create and manage Lever marketing campaigns and individual real estate agent campaigns as well as branding guidelines and strategies
  • Create custom brand guidelines and template property brochures, flyers, social assets, postcards, and other digital and print materials in accordance with agent branding
  • Work closely with sales agents to strategize and create a brand guideline in accordance with their vision and goals
  • Assist with agent branding and help assess their marketing needs through regular communication and strategy sessions
  • Organize, produce and manage content for both Lever and agent’s social media and website
  • Oversee all new listings and property marketing
  • Manage monthly marketing calendar and team to ensure deliverables are met on time
  • Partner with virtual assistants & provide clear communication and direction on tasks.

What we need from you:


  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing and/or graphic design role
  • Knowledge of Google Drive, Canva, Adobe CS, Microsoft Office and GSuite, and other programs
  • Strong social media and online marketing skills
  • Positive personality and ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to think fast, multi-task and work at a fast pace
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Strong sense of design
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required
  • Strong ability to create and follow systems & models
  • Provide strong communication skills and customer service both verbally and through email
