Workforce Manager (Part-Time) to support our office in Palmetto Bay, FL.US BASED CANDIDATES ONLY.  This is an on-site position. The Opportunity


We are seeking a part-time Workforce Manager to oversee recruiting and manage employees on various contracts. The ideal candidate will excel in recruiting, managing employee relations, and providing administrative support. This position will work out of our Palmetto Bay office. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Recruiting


  • Post jobs, screen candidates, and conduct interviews for open positions.
  • Vet new candidates and onboard those selected for projects.
  • Source candidates using online resources such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media.
  • Maintain contact with candidates regarding the status of their applications.
  • Create and maintain a presence in the technology community and marketplace.
  • Review resumes and assess candidates' qualifications, capabilities, interests, availability, and compensation requirements.

Managing Employees


  • Review and confirm timesheets with clients and employees.
  • Conduct periodic check-ins with employees on-site.
  • Run payroll and analyze benefits.
  • Respond to vacation and sick leave requests.
  • Provide support on HR-related topics such as compensation, time off, and benefits.
  • Maintain documentation for HR activities, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
  • Maintain employee files and records using our proprietary digital system.

General Administration


  • Provide general administrative support to the business as needed.

Compensation and Term This opportunity is for a full-time, contract position with possible extensions and total compensation commensurate with experience up to

$30 per hour.


Qualifications you

need


A successful Workforce Manager has the following experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Extremely strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize conflicting needs.
  • Experience interviewing candidates for open positions.
  • Experience reviewing and processing timesheet entries.
  • Ability to work well and engage with a remote team.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with employees and contractors alike.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
