The Associate Client Success Manager, part of the Professional Services team, is skilled in data analysis and a champion of data completeness and accuracy for all clients. This role will serve as an expert resource for both Client Success Managers (CSM’s) and clients for insight delivery, dashboard building, data integrity processes, and continual improvement. Additionally, this role enables the development of skills and competencies required to become a full Client Success Manager with your own roster of clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients’ data and business goals / challenges.
- Provide analysis and proactive insight delivery to clients.
- Support the creation and maintenance of client dashboards and reports in the Oracle Cloud Analytics (OAC) platform.
- Act as a primary resource for clients regarding data integrity, which includes investigating and resolving discrepancies and missing data.
- Help ensure Service Level Agreements are met and accuracy is maximized by supporting the CSM’s and OPTRADE Data Mastering team with linking programs, items, and distribution centers as needed.
- Assist the Support team with investigating and resolving file load and pipeline failures to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
- Resolve customer queries; recommend solutions; and guide product users through features and functionality.
- Own quarterly data integrity exercises such as data health checks. Partner with CSM’s to set KPI’s and implement action plans.
- Partner with CSM’s to produce comprehensive quarterly value reviews for each client.
- Own the file mapping process for data source connections. Liaise with both CSM’s and engineering to prioritize requests.
- Support CSM’s with project/account health reviews both internally at Tibersoft and with clients to ensure they are receiving the maximum benefit from the solution and ROI is realized. Support the development and execution of action plans if gaps are identified.
- Provide project management and analytical support for implementations and statements of work.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in technology, client implementations/data, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree. 3 – 5 years’ work experience preferred.
- Experience in the foodservice division of a CPG manufacturer is highly desirable.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable working with large data sets.
- Proven ability to identify potential problems and enable resolution.
- Intermediate level of Excel and Power Point skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines & working in a cross-functional environment.
- Position is 100% remote.
- Minimal travel. Typically less than 10%.
