SUMMARY:
Provide underwriting coordination for our health benefit captives including reviewing submissions for accuracy and forward to supporting providers, developing proposals, tracking new business, and working closely with teams, vendors, carriers on the captive’s premium and financials.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in business in a related discipline and at least two (2) years of experience in health benefits (a plus).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review, prepare and submit documentation to Underwrite new and renewal business
- Accountable for creation and preparation of proposals
- Data entry in company CRM
- Support one to three program managers
- Provide excellent customer service to members, and various service providers
- Assist in the preparation of captive financial documents
- Participate in meetings
- Generate system reports
