We are seeking a strategic and analytical Head of Business Analytics to lead our BA team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Product, Engineering, Customer success, and Operations teams, to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you will be actively involved in the analysis and implementation of business solutions.You will report to the VP of Product here at Sauce!
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the Business Analytics team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative environment
- Develop and implement comprehensive business analysis frameworks and methodologies
- Take a hands-on approach to analyze complex business problems and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance
- Support product development by providing data-driven recommendations and validating product features
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track business metrics and performance
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
- Continuously improve and refine business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of proven experience in a business analyst role, preferably within the food delivery tech/restaurant tech/B2C e-commerce industries
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
