Harbor seeks a Resource Management Office (”RMO”) Coordinator, Delivery Operations to join our Legal Technology & Operations team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated candidate that is looking to progress their career in the Resource/Project Coordination field. The candidate would be client service oriented, a problem solver, have a positive/confident personality and be well organized. The position will report into the RMO Lead, Delivery Operations and can be worked remotely from anywhere in the USA or Canada.Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain deep understanding of each Solutions Line’s delivery models, resource types and unique staffing needs
- Work with Solution Line Leads and Project Leads to schedule resources based on skill sets, availability and other constraints
- Work closely with opportunity owners to input and maintain RMO related data in Salesforce Opportunities throughout the sales cycle
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Monitor Budget to Actuals and facilitate change orders, as needed
- Review and approve all time, materials and expenses utilized for the projects
- Close out project upon completion
- Understand client expectations and ability to communicate effectively to resources
- Communicate and escalate any issues with the project
- Coordinate projects both internally and externally
- Coordinate with partners and external resources
- Manage workflow of partner data in software management system
- Ensure SOWs in place for all partner work
- Providing support for project managers, when required
- Fulfil any RMO related activities to support the RMO Lead, when required
- Assist with creating ad-hoc reports for the field
- Develop a working knowledge of relevant internal and 3rd party company business systems and processes
- Upholding company policies and values while leading by example at all times
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years' experience with resource management and project coordination
- Experience supporting technology projects and resources, preferably in the legal technology space
- Prior experience working in a corporate setting in a customer service role
