Biller Genie is looking for a tech-savvy Account Manager with great attention to detail and excellent communication skills to join our growing team in Orlando, FL!
As an Account Manager at Biller Genie, you will be at the forefront of helping our clients improve their accounts receivable processes. In this fast-paced role, you will handle a short sales cycle of 1-15 days and use QuickBooks and accounting knowledge to help clients adopt Biller Genie. If you enjoy building strong client relationships, providing consultative demos, and working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you! This role is an on-site position, requiring 5 days a week in the office.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Conduct 1-on-1 videocall training sessions to ensure successful adoption of Biller Genie.
Achieve a target of upselling at least 40% of training sessions to the Premium tier of Biller Genie, highlighting the benefits of accounts receivable automation features.
Thrive in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment with an average sales cycle of 1-15 days.
Utilize strong discovery skills and active listening to understand client needs and tailor training sessions accordingly.
Overcome client objections with confidence and provide compelling demonstrations of Biller Genie's capabilities.
Maintain a fast-paced schedule with back-to-back meetings, ensuring speed and efficiency in all client interactions.
Efficiently navigate and utilize Salesforce for daily tasks, including client management and tracking progress.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of account management or account executive experience, preferably with a SaaS or fintech company. Start-up experience is a plus!
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple projects and issues simultaneously in a calm, cool, collected manner.
Attention to detail and ability to perform in a high-energy high-expectation environment.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Experience with QuickBooks, Salesforce, or payment processing preferred but not required.
