Business Development Representative (BDR)


to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will proactively reach out to key decision-makers at target companies to communicate the value Evident brings in managing third-party risk. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is eager to learn, driven to succeed, and ready to grow their career in sales.Candidates must be based in Atlanta and able to work from our Buckhead office at least twice a week.

Responsibilities


  • Identify, prospect, develop, and convert leads through outbound strategies
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, video, and other resources to convey the value of Evident
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead engagements, meetings, and qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure qualified leads are converted into opportunities
  • Develop and refine outreach strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and industry trends
  • Stay updated on industry news and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and customer relationship skills

  • Receptive to direction, coaching, and mentorship
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
