Weave is looking for a high-impact Marketing Manager. The company is building a generative AI-aided platform to help life sciences companies manage information and regulatory processes.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this high-visibility role will:
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth with end-to-end management of organic marketing in support of demand + lead generation, i.e. new customer acquisition
- Build out buyer's journey and related brand/marketing content strategy
- Develop and deliver on channel marketing strategy to optimize campaign success through marketing automation workflows
- Own content creation initiatives such as the development of engaging videos, social media content, webinars, sales aids, newsletters and event messaging - all tailored to resonate with target audiences
- Ensure website content remains fresh and evolving with evolution of company, customers and market
- Develop and continually analyze content through all digital and communication channels to ensure resonation with the intended audience
- Understand overarching product strategy and business objectives and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define campaign goals and KPIs
- Support planning and execution of events and trade shows to ensure efforts align with broader marketing strategy; duties include event selection, participation level, planning & logistics, messaging, team/company prep, promotion, onsite leadership
- Optimize traffic, conversion, and ROI based on brand, target customers, and product growth strategies
- Understand and implement SEO best practices on all web and landing pages
- Deliver analytics to track, measure and optimize effectiveness and demand conversion for all programs
- Establish and maintain active feedback loop with product team to support development of high impact features/functionality and influence roadmap priorities when tradeoff decisions must be made
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (leadership, commercial and product) and all relevant external partners (PR, web design, exhibit management) to drive alignment and action
- Remain current on market trends and competitor activity to ensure we have a pulse on the industry happenings and continue to be uniquely positioned to win
- Consistently demonstrate an ability to think creatively, execute quickly and change course, if needed, to achieve desired results
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field required
- 3-5 years of start up experience in life sciences or healthcare technology
- Scientific background (education or experience) preferred
- Expertise in social media marketing, SEO, and mastery of digital content design and video marketing
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools to successfully configure, deploy, and manage CRM system to optimize our sales, marketing, and customer support processes
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time for industry events, customer engagements and company meetings
