How you’ll make an Impact
As the Web Application Developer you will be responsible for maintaining, updating and building new web applications for Ntiva as well as contributing to other internal application development projects.
Summary of Location and Hours
- 100% Remote
- Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm CST
What you will be doing
- Leverage your expertise in React, Node.js, and .NET Core to build dynamic and interactive web applications utilizing standard coding practices
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards for software development architecture.
- Develop unit tests that can be utilized effectively in a Continuous Integration pipelines
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate ideas into robust and scalable applications.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have
- BS in Computer Science, training program/certification as a developer, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Web Application Developer with a solid understanding of web development principles
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, and .NET Core.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus points for
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Experience with UI component libraries like Material-UI or Ant Design.
- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG) techniques.
Required language skills
- Ability to communicate professionally, in English, both written and orally
- Ability to write business correspondence and process procedures
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $90,000.00 and $120,000.00 per year, plus an annual on-target bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
