The project
TECKpert seeks to hire a Full Stack Engineer to support the development of a new software product built on groundbreaking AI technology, QuantumRecruit.QuantumRecruit is an innovative recruitment platform utilizing advanced AI and machine learning technologies to streamline the hiring process. We provide a seamless experience for both employers and job seekers by leveraging the latest in cloud technology and APIs.As a Full Stack Engineer on our dynamic team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our platform, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and efficient.
You will work closely with our product and design teams to implement new features and improve existing ones.We are looking for someone with passion in creating web-based API products and motivated to be on the forefront of AI tech.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs to support various functionalities of the QuantumRecruit platform.
- Utilize AWS services to manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Build and enhance front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and backend services using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
- Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure best practices in code quality and security.
- Work closely with our R&D team developing the core algorithms and data engine.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all aspects of the development process.
Compensation and Term
This opportunity is for a full-time, contract position. Pay varies with experience up to $140,000 per year. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance available after 30 days of hire.
Qualifications you need
A successful Full Stack .NET Engineer possesses or provides the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with a focus on software development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Node.js, Python, or similar backend technologies.
- Proficiency with integrating AI and machine learning models into applications.
- Proficiency with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Proficient in using Git and version control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of security best practices in application development.
