You will be responsible for planning, developing, executing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns, push notifications (mobile and web), and in-app messages to drive user engagement, loyalty, and ultimately, revenue.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating personalized and engaging experiences for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic multichannel marketing campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messages) to achieve business objectives;
- Leverage automation tools and strategies to increase campaign efficiency and effectiveness;
- Utilize data analytics (R or Python, SQL, etc.) to identify trends, test hypotheses, and optimize campaign performance;
- Manage and segment a user base of millions, ensuring GDPR and Can-Spam compliance;
- Design and develop engaging email templates in HTML with a focus on cross-device and cross-platform compatibility;
- Personalize content using Liquid, Handlebars, dynamic content, and dynamic variables to improve user conversion rates;
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, development, data analysts) to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals;
- Manage projects using tools like Jira to set deadlines, assign tasks, and track progress.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing or a related field;
- Experience with a customer engagement platform (CEP) like Braze is a plus;
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns that drive results;
- Strong understanding of marketing automation strategies and best practices;
- Expertise in data analysis using tools like R, Python, SQL;
- Experience managing large user databases and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, Can-Spam);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Experience with project management tools like Jira;
- Experience with HTML, Liquid, and/or Handlebars is a plus;
- Upper-intermediate English.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in the gaming industry.
