Overview:
As a Technical Sourcer at Traba, you will play a crucial role in building the foundation of our technology teams - Engineering, Product, and Design. Your expertise in identifying and engaging top technical talent will be key to our success. You will focus on creating pipelines of highly qualified candidates and ensuring that Traba has access to the best talent available.
Key Responsibilities:
Tech Talent Sourcing:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent for Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
Candidate Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a diverse pool of high-quality candidates through various sourcing channels, including social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
Collaboration:
Work closely with recruiters and technical team leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
Candidate Outreach:
Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates, showcasing the unique opportunities at Traba and ensuring a positive candidate experience from the first point of contact.
Market Research:
Stay abreast of the latest trends in the technology landscape and sourcing techniques to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.
Employer Branding:
Represent Traba's culture and values in the tech community, acting as an ambassador to attract top talent.
Process Improvement:
Contribute to the enhancement of sourcing processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or equivalent experience in an agency environment recruiting for engineers
Strong understanding of the technology landscape and current market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging technical professionals.
Ability to identify and engage potential candidates effectively.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary Range Details
The compensation range for this position is set between $80,000 and $100,000, reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations. However, exceptions may be made for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
