Overview:
Taxfyle is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the product management team in developing and executing product strategies that align with our company’s goals and customer needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Provide support to the development team for efficient execution of product development.
- Draft comprehensive user guides and documentation to support product releases and user adoption.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
- Track and analyze product performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Take on bug duty, managing and prioritizing bug reports and conducting bug review sessions with the development team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira preferred.
- Passion for fintech and a desire to improve financial services preferred.
- Experience using SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
