Positions Summary


We are looking for someone who will oversee client installs, repairs, and maintain gaming equipment. Field Service Technician & Collector is responsible is responsible for collecting and transporting monies, building relationships with customers and showing customers how to use equipment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
  • Conduct routine equipment servicing out in the field
  • Document processes; completing job reports
  • Count large sums of money
  • Reconcile any discrepancies
  • Transport money from the locations and deposit into designated bank accounts
  • Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
  • Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical degree or certification preferred
  • 3+ years as a field service technician
  • Proven work experience as a field service technician
  • Must have a valid Georgia driver license and a clean driving record to drive a company vehicle before the start date in the position
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
  • Possess the ability to use hand/portable tools
  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Mechanical and electrical skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
  • Good communication and training skills
  • Must have weekend flexibility

Physical Requirements


  • Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the day
  • Must be able to climb stairs, ramps, and ladders, to crouch, crawl, kneel, and reach above/below shoulders
  • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 250 pounds
