About the Role:


Seerist is looking to hire experienced and motivated Customer Success professionals to support our current and prospective federal customers at every stage of the customer journey. We support defense, intelligence, federal civilian, and industry teams in the US and abroad. At Seerist, you can work in a fun, fast-paced and challenging environment with dedicated and passionate teammates, supporting clients in the navigation of threats, to ensure mission success.

Responsibilities:


  • To be a subject matter expert on the Seerist platforms and able to showcase value to clients.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s mission and provide unparalleled support through the lifecycle of a contract, putting Seerist in the best position possible for future growth.
  • To be the first point of contact for a client, anticipating needs, providing training and analytical support, communicating updates, sharing relevant examples, and ensuring platform adoption.
  • Capture and provide client feedback for our development and production teams to continue adding value to the client’s mission.
  • Responsible for the success of a client portfolio while supporting the team when and where needed.
  • Responsible for achieving account retention and growth metrics.
  • Responsible for good, proactive account management and use of CRM tools.

Required Qualifications:


  • Have in-depth knowledge of analytical functions in the defense, intelligence, or federal civilian sectors.
  • Have experience harnessing PAI software and/or account management experience.
  • Have experience working directly with high-touch customers, must be able to create, edit, research, evaluate, analyze, and fuse data from multiple sources and datasets to appropriately communicate the value of Seerist’s platforms to clients.
  • Understand the client’s mission, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority.
  • Have a passion for building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to effectively work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders from entry-level employees to C-suite executives.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Organized, detailed, and has strong time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment.
  • A sense of urgency and persistence.
  • Team player.

Desired Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of DOD/IC intelligence experience
  • Experience working with highly productive teams and presenting to high-level leadership.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to a wide range of audiences.
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve in real time.
