How You Will Make an Impact

• Senior Social Media Manager will collaborate closely with brand management, graphics, motion graphics, producers, and influencer managers to craft compelling organic social content, for social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc., aligning with the overarching brand strategy.
• Create and manage timelines, strategies by platform for execution, and content calendars bringing brand personality to life. Ensure that content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and visual guidelines across all platforms. 
• Senior Social Media Manager will develop best methods for reporting including KPIs/Goals that should be met and followed.
• Train, develop, and coach team members.
• Senior Social Media Manager will collaborate with digital team members to drive toward the “monetization” of our NEW YOU entity and other shops/calls to action with affiliate marketing.
• Drive organic growth and visibility by exploring innovative content approaches and staying updated on emerging platforms.
• Senior Social Media Manager will remain up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that content is fresh, relevant, and stops people in their scroll.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, English, marketing, digital communications, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience managing content within a digital environment.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience administering content for social media.
• Demonstrated success in digital or social media content strategy, translating brand marketing messages into engaging content.
• Experience collaborating closely with Brand Management and Digital teams to optimize content for engagement and conversion.
• Experience with planning, management, execution, and measurement of all forms of digital
• Operate in a professional office environment.
