Medlogix, a growing business service provider to the insurance industry, is looking for a sharp and talented web developer to join our team.  This individual will become part of the successful and expanding team that builds Medlogix’s web sites and services.  The web developer will support the web components of Medlogix’s industry leading insurance claim processing and medical services management software.

Job Title: Receptionist


Location: Southfield Michigan


Full time onsite M-F


Job duties (includes both reception and administrative tasks):


  • Reception for front desk clinic area
  • Field incoming calls (will be part of a group / rotation responsible for answering calls)
  • Checking in examinees/claimants for their IME appointments
  • Making copies of claimant ID (i.e. drivers license) , and uploading documents (id + completed paperwork) into MyMedlogix
  • Confirming IME appointment statuses (show, no show)
  • Distribute incoming faxes (received via RightFax), as part of a group responsible for this task
  • In spare time assist with prepping files for scanning

  • Qualification:


    1-3 years of receptionist experience Ability to multi-task is critical as well as having a pleasant demeanor and excellent communication skills

    Education:


    High School Diploma
