Description


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining UI components, ensuring consistent branding and style across our products. You will work closely with UX/Product designers to create visually appealing, functional, and user-centric web interfaces. You will contribute to architectural decisions, focus on code quality, performance, and security, and actively participate in code reviews. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery is key.

Staying updated with the latest advancements in software engineering and industry trends is essential. 

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain UI components ensuring consistent branding and style across the products 

  • Develop visually appealing, functional, responsive, and user-centric web interfaces working closely with UX/Product designers 

  • Contribute to the architectural decisions of our front-end surfaces, focusing on maintainability and efficiency 

  • Implement best practices for code quality, performance, and security 

  • Actively participate in code reviews, maintaining high code quality and enforcing coding standards 

  • Provide constructive feedback to other engineers to improve the overall team's work 

  • Effectively collaborates with product managers, project managers, designers, and other teams to ensure alignment and on time delivery 

  • Staying updated with the latest advancements in software engineering, emerging technologies, and industry trends 

Requirements


  • 9+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Typescript 

  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular (preferred), React or Vue 

  • Deep understanding of frontend architecture and improving build processes (npm, yarn, webpack, parcel) 

  • Experience scaling and architecting CSS across multiple projects and products 

  • Experience with responsive UI design, across a number of devices and screen sizing 

  • Architecting and promoting a library of reusable components 

  • An understanding of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing 

  • Driving adoption of industry standards for building user interface including accessibility, internationalization, performance optimization, SEO, cross-browser compatibility, caching 

  • Passion for delivering products end-to-end: from ideation through planning and scoping to implementation and experimental A/B testing. 

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills 

  • Experience with SDLC processes and Agile practices 

  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal

The salary for a position is typically determined by multiple factors such as the individual's qualifications, experience, skills, and location. The projected compensation range for the position may vary based on these factors and could range from $115,000 to $135,000 (annualized USD). However, this estimate represents just one aspect of our total compensation package offered.
