Well, if so, we encourage you to apply with us here at Evolving, where we will help you to thrive in our growing enterprise.As a BDR Your Primary Focus Will Be:● Generating new sales opportunities through such channels as LinkedIn, cold calling, and emails● Grow your network and search for new prospects through social media.● Qualify effectively to ensure the prospects’ needs have been identified before the handoff to account executives.● Maintain CRM updated with all activities and exchanges with prospects.● Gain knowledge and understanding of industries and companies as your outbound efforts produce results.● Assist with meetings and online demos to continue gaining knowledge of our products.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English● Strong LinkedIn presence● Results-driven, hunter mindset.● Minimum 1-3 years experience in a sales role● Experience selling in a B2B environment is preferred.● Energetic, proactive, and tenacious● Coachable – you are willing to accept constructive feedback.● Team Oriented – you are willing to lend a hand and celebrate the success of your teammates.● Ability to function both independently and as part of a team.● Bachelor's' degree or equivalent experience
Ideally, You Will Also Have:
● Experience working with a CRM.● Background in the SaaS Industry● A passion for sales, with a focus on value/solution selling.● Track record of exceeding quota● Proven ability to overcome initial objections and convert cold leads into active prospects.● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
