Associate Marketing Specialist

Position Summary:
The Associate Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the demand generation managers in executing comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for collaboration with various internal teams, including marketing operations, content, brand, website, and SEM, to ensure the seamless implementation of campaign strategies and achievement of campaign objectives. Additionally, the Associate Marketing Specialist will contribute to market research efforts to inform and optimize future campaigns.The employee in this role will need to be based in Eastern or Central time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the deployment of digital marketing campaigns, including emails, advertising, and webinars.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for optimization.
- Manage campaign timelines and coordinate deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing operations, content, brand, website, and SEM, to facilitate the execution of campaign strategies.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal communication, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across different channels.
- Support demand generation teams in conducting market research to identify trends, gather consumer insights, and benchmark against competitors.
- Assist with the management of vendor and partner relationships.
- Ensure all marketing materials are in line with brand guidelines and industry standards.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a digital marketing capacity
- Strong understanding of marketing channels and techniques.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative demand generation strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding lead generation goals.
