Ideal candidates are genuinely excited to helps clients. The Customer Support Representative will act as a liaison, provide services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The successful candidate must also have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Requirements
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Keep records of client interactions, process client accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Education/Experience for the Customer Support Representative
- Working knowledge of computers, MS office, etc.
- 6 months – 1 year working as a Customer Support Representative in a phone support role
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree highly desirable

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
