Live events are back, and we are busier than ever! Due to massive growth, we are looking to add an Account Manager to Nth Degree’s corporate sales team.  The Account manager serves as brand ambassador and is an instrumental player in our organizational success.  This role supports efforts to grow business and extend the reach of our solid reputation.  You will report directly to the VP of Client Success with direction from the Account Executive and be based out of Nth Degree’s corporate office in Duluth GA.

 We do function in a hybrid capacity; typically, two days in the office, three days remote.    Salary is $60,000-65,000

What You’ll Do: 


  • Consistently meet sales goals for labor and on-site project management services
  • Prepare and deliver project estimates to clients and convert opportunities to work orders according to standards 
  • Manage the implementation and delivery of key clients’ daily tactical activity to ensure flawless service delivery; build client relationships through service excellence and proactively balance campaign needs; regularly provide updates on new products and services 
  • Develop existing accounts through new project expansion and additional market share within the client
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive positioning in the marketplace
  • Write and respond to inquiries to and from vendors, internal team members, and customers on issues relating to products, pricing, discounts, and product availability; act as a liaison with external customers to resolve conflict, address concerns, and answer questions
  • Represent the company at industry association meetings and trade shows to promote company and product
  • Partner with Account Executive in writing and reviewing 30 and 90 days plans for territory, and in strategically analyzing prospects and existing accounts to maximize the return of selling efforts quarter-by-quarter
  • Partner with customer service and operations teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned

Who You Are:


  • 3+ years’ similar account management and business retention experience; event, trade show, or convention industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to solve problems with a creative, flexible, and resourceful approach 
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce and edit effective presentations and correspondence
  • Expert time management and organizational skills with ability to quickly and gracefully adapt to a rapidly-changing environment
